What do I need to provide for this service?
We handle all the heavy lifting, as it is a fully managed service. If requested by Amazon, we may ask for a Proof of Delivery (POD) or manifests. Other than that, you just need to confirm receipt of the recovered funds.
How long does it take?
We can't provide an exact timeline, as Amazon typically does not release payments quickly for these matters, and the timeframe varies significantly. Our agreement is for 12 months, as it can take up to this length of time, though we have had cases where significant recoveries were achieved within a few months.
How far back can you go?
We can go back 5 years for shortages, price claims, and co-ops, and 3 years for overages.
Do you offer training?
Yes, we offer training to help improve processes and reduce charges going forward.
