Sean is a strategic, sales-driven, and technology-proficient leader with a successful track record in service architecture, business development, and account management. He is committed to building and leading teams to help clients achieve their goals.

Jack is our experienced Commercial Director, leading a team of sales professionals. He offers technical consulting and collaborates with clients from start to finish. Jack prioritises work-life balance, family, and growth through collaboration.

With over 7 years of copywriting experience and 2 years in Amazon content, Jana enjoys finding creative ways to tell clients stories and bring their vision to life.

With over 15 years of client relationship management and sales experience, Grant has previously worked at Amazon Cape Town headquarters as a Digital Client Care Specialist and SME Trainer.

With over 25 years of experience in marketing, Michael understands that success is all about telling a great story, utilising all the marketing channels available to tell that story, and answering the question, "what pain points can we solve for you?" 

With over 9 years of total operational expertise - including 5 years specifically mastering the Amazon ecosystem - Jason is a specialist in navigating the complexities of the world’s largest marketplace. His foundation is built on nearly a decade of high-stakes sales and customer service, providing him with a unique "customer-first" lens for operational strategy.
