The brief
Hip, with their keen eye for change, and helping thousands of people to reduce plastic waste, were looking to refresh and improve their presence on Amazon. The aim was to create a strong content strategy that is engaging with a clear brand story, A+ content, storefront and imagery that is as appealing as possible.
Our approach
From an initial creative brainstorm, we did keyword research to find keywords that people use when searching on Amazon; this helped us to better understand Hip’s target market and what people are searching for to find their products.
We used our insights based on the search terms we found and created optimised titles, bullet points, product description, A+ Content, storefront as well as imagery that speaks more about what the brand stands for.
The results
We managed to build advertising campaigns in the form of sponsored brand ads and product display ads to increase traffic to our product listings. Conversion rate, revenue and transactions all improved drastically, and thanks to the visually appealing imagery, average order value also increased.
