Who they are
Established in 2014, eve Sleep is a well-known UK-based e-commerce business that sells luxury mattresses, pillows, and duvets with a purpose to help people sleep better through simple, beautiful and accessible design.
The challenge
eve Sleep noticed a decrease in market share within the UK marketplace as competitors shifted more spend to Amazon. This has led to an increase in ACoS, a reduced ROAS, and decrease in total account sales for eve Sleep.
Our solution
Understanding the landscape of the market was our first point of call, so we conducted extensive keyword and market research. Using these results, we optimised the listings of all the products by updating the content to encompass the relevant keywords. This is to improve organic rankings, as well as provide the customer with a quality brand presence on Amazon.
We updated the listing imagery in the above-the-fold product display page and the A+ Content. We also built a dedicated Brand Store to showcase the wide range of products on offer and grow the eve Sleep brand.
We built a range of sponsored product ads and sponsored brand ads to drive traffic to the product listings as well as the Brand Store.
