The challenge they faced on Tala Amazon

The team at Tala, like many businesses on Amazon, were unaware of the extent of money they were losing due to not keeping track of Amazon charges from daily operational inefficiencies in the Amazon environment.

Following an audit of their account, which highlighted these charges as an issue, Tala contracted RT7 in July 2022 to recover as much as possible due to underpayment and overbilling by Amazon.

RT7 has recovered in the shortages space a total of $14,534.00. It must be noted that the settlement could have been considerably more if Tala's paperwork was in better order.

RT7 has now expanded the audit to include overages due to the success of the initial audit. Initial findings indicate a potential reimbursement of $47,000, which could potentially be as high as $86,000.
