
Packmate: Driving 86.68% Sales Growth While Slashing ACoS by 26.57%
The Brief
Our goal was to build a strong brand presence and ownership for Packmate on Amazon in the US market while generating sales through organic optimization and paid advertising (campaign management).
Our Approach
Packmate was a brand already present on Amazon UK; our approach was to undertake an account clean-up, ensuring products were correctly linked to Packmate's storefront and brand. We arranged their listings into logical variations to enhance user experience during shopping and boost sales/conversions.
We optimized their listings for Amazon search and conversion, including the creation of infographic image assets. We modified their titles, bullet points, and product descriptions by leveraging keyword research to highlight each product's main selling points. We also managed the upload process for the new content on each listing.
We developed A+ content using assets provided from their product and marketing image library. We crafted a Packmate storefront to serve as a platform to narrate their brand story, reflecting their website and brand voice over time. We managed all sponsored listings, ensuring we controlled the spending within the agreed budget and targeted agreed ACoS/ROI.
The Results
In just two months, we achieved a sales increase of 86.68%. We managed to decrease the ACoS by 26.57% in just two months.
