
Hip: Driving Revenue and Conversion Growth Through Content
The brief
Hip, with their keen eye for change, and helping thousands of people reduce plastic waste, were looking to refresh and improve their presence on Amazon. The goal was to create a robust content strategy that engages with a clear brand narrative, A+ content, storefront, and imagery that is as appealing as possible.
Our approach
Beginning with an initial creative brainstorming session, we conducted keyword research to identify the terms people use when searching on Amazon, which helped us better understand Hip's target market and what people are searching for to find their products.
Using our insights based on the search terms we discovered, we crafted optimized titles, bullet points, product descriptions, A+ Content, storefront, as well as imagery that better communicates what the brand stands for.
The results
We successfully built advertising campaigns in the form of sponsored brand ads and product display ads to drive traffic to our product listings. Conversion rate, revenue, and transactions all improved significantly, and thanks to the visually appealing imagery, average order value also increased.
