At the time of onboarding, Black+Blum had a low velocity of organic sales and a poorly performing content strategy. After defining their current strategy, our teams were delegated different components of the defined strategy, including campaign management, content creation, listing management, and more.

Internally, we began with a 4-step brainstorm focusing on the brand and their positioning on Amazon. In this phase, we identify our node on Amazon, growth opportunities, and a content strategy optimized for top visibility in the node through SEO and consumer communication through conveying copy and supporting imagery.
Implementation
RT7 was able to identify and communicate the following into the listing:
Brand messaging and tone of voice.
Clearly communicating the product, its benefits, and uses through well-written copy.
Using Amazon's top-performance recommendations, we optimized the listing images to effectively communicate the selling points of the product.
Advanced functionality on product pages (such as variations, external testing certifications).
Complete SEO optimization targeting high-volume search terms.
After creating the newly optimized listing and combined ''takeover'' strategy, we presented it to Black+Blum and together finalized our implementation strategy.
Then we implemented our strategy to all listings in scope. Each listing had a set of listing images and rich content created specifically for the product. Each product listing was optimized and updated within 30 days to be positioned for growth.
