Antylia Scientific is an American business that specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of lab equipment, lab supplies, environmental testing products, as well as molecular diagnostic controls.

The challenge they faced on Amazon

The team at Antylia Scientific suspected they were losing money due to operational inefficiencies in the Amazon environment, as well as not understanding how to query or even begin to retrieve money owed by Amazon.

Any and all anomalies were queried with Amazon, and a dispute process was initiated to retrieve funds owed.

The results

• Current amount retrieved for shortages (underpayment) is $103,000.

• We have also been able to retrieve over $173,000 in overages (too much stock delivered by the brand that was not expected by Amazon).

• RT7 continues to audit the account and expects a reimbursement of anything over $100,000 as per our current audit. These figures can continue to increase due to RT7's efforts in discovering more issues as they go through the paperwork.
